Around 2005, when I was about ten years old, I attended my first listing appointment. Twelve years later, I obtained my New Jersey real estate license. Six years after that, I earned my broker’s license.

Anyone can memorize the fundamental framework of the real estate process, but as a second-generation real estate professional, I realized early on that I had a greater understanding of the most important aspect: the people.

Professional, responsive, resourceful, and knowledgeable are terms often featured in client reviews. Furthermore, my composed demeanor has proven to be particularly reassuring during what can often be a challenging process.

In addition to delivering an exceptional customer service experience, I use a data-driven approach to making offers and listing homes. This strategy not only creates an efficient and effective customer experience but also ensures my clients have all the information they need to feel confident about their decision, whether it be to proceed with a home or pass on one. I take pride in providing comprehensive information, ensuring that no client ever feels under-informed.

When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my daughter, catching up on a good book, or engaging in various forms of exercise. Additionally, I founded a run club based in West Orange, where many of my clients are also members.

Raised primarily in Essex County, Elijah continues to make his home here where he enjoys working out and running in the area’s many verdant parks.
